Sheffield Cathedral Lunchtime Recital 9th May 2008
The Choir performed a recital in Sheffield Cathedral on 9th May 2008 commencing at 1:15pm. We sang 12 pieces from our current repertoire in 3 sections (4 pieces per section) - these included the first outing of the year for "There is Nothin' like a Dame". and "An Eriskay Love Lilt" . Our MD, Nigel, accompanied by Steve sang a couple of Songs by Vaughan Williams to enable the Choir to have a break between Sections. No doubt we will be back there again before our 40th Anniversary Concert in 2010.
